1/28- 30 minutes on the elliptical. I am having digestive issues today, so I will add 2 SP challenge videos tomorrow and earn my January JumpStart Challenge Trophy. (I hope!)
I also walked the neighborhood a bit to help my 9 yr old deliver some of her Girls Scout cookies.
And speaking of those addictive cookies, Yes, I did have some of them and I hope I can start to resist the urge to open the package again and again and again! They are just too good! Grrrrrr!

So tomorrow is the beginning of a new week and we're getting closer to a new month. What are your goals for the coming month? I hope to incorporate more new meal plans and snack plans into my diet and I hope to earn the 5,000 fitness minutes trophy next month....it will be a 1st for me if I can do it!

1/25- I was pretty much useless today. Two loads of laundry and that is about all.
1/26- Thursday is always a pretty busy day with all the back and forth running of my kids around. I had to catch up on some housework (put away laundry, straighten 5 yr old's room, clean bathroom, another load of laundry) and that pretty much tired me out. I hope to be back to some SP videos tomorrow; not sure I will be up for cardio (the elliptical) since my sinuses still aren't clear and I already have asthma issues. This has set me back with finishing the January Jumpstart Challenge, btu somethings are just inevitable I guess. Looking onward!

1/23- I got in 30 minutes on the elliptical and did the SP video 9-Minute Total Lower Body Workout. I did not have a lot of motivation, but I did get some things done around the house today.
1/24- Well, I could blame the past few days of being unmotvated and tiredness on lack of sleep or even lack of sunshine, but the reality of it is that a head cold was brewing. Every week since before Christmas someone (mainly my kids) has been sick every week. Stomach viruses, colds, and then this past week my husband had a nasty cold and I probably got it form him. So even though today is my day sans kids, I can't workout and have to take it easy so I can get better. I wish I could 'feel' motivated, but I am achy and just want to sleep! I am getting ready to have lunch now (chicken noodle soup) and may work on ordering some photos online this afternoon before having to pick up my daughter from school. Other than that, I don't think much else is going to get done today. This kind of stuff always happens when I HAVE the time! I guess you just can't plan for that!
