Yesterday (Day 17) was a rest day. I was kid-less and decided I was going to take a relaxing day for ME! I finished a book I've been reading, watched 3 episodes of an hour long show that was TIVO'ed, and then put some books on my Kindle for future reading.
Today (Day 18), I was tired and knew I had to get in my exercise early today or it wouldn't happen. After I returned from dropping my oldest daughter at school, I told my 5 yr old that I was exercising. So at 9:05am I got on the elliptical for 30 minutes, then did the 8 minute video from yesterdays challenge and today's 12 minute challenge video. And, I reached 500 fitness minutes for the month! This is only the 2nd time I have done this. Very proud if I do say so myself! Not sure I will hit the 1,000 fitness minutes trophy, but I can try I guess!
It is cold and windy as all heck here today and it would've been so easy to just lounge around today. Right now I am tired, but I feel great knowing I forced myself to get that exercise in!
