I wanted to blog about this yesterday, but time got away from me. It was a very busy and productive day for me yesterday. When I woke up I felt rested and energetic. I am not a coffee drinker, but I had a cup of a Hazelnut International Coffee and boy did that wire me! (not in a feeling good way though.) I cleaned bathrooms, straightened out some cabinets, did some laundry, and then made time to get back on the elliptical in the afternoon. I was going to try a lower level and shorten the time by 10 minutes, but I decided to just continue at the Intermediate Level 2 for 30 minutes that I had been doing. I hadn't realized until I looked at the exercise log sheet that I keep that I hadn't stepped on the elliptical since March 13th!!!!! That is a 14 day exercise dry spell! Two weeks! I cannot ever let that happen again! I felt out of shape for the first 10 minutes of the workout, but it got better as I went on. I worked up a good sweat too.
There's a lot of other things going on around here, but I am trying to roll with the punches. I really want to lose a substantial amount of weight in the next 2 months----10 to 15 pounds would be so awesome, but I'm not sure that is possible. I am going to try my best though!
