My little garden produced enough to share with my neighbors! :-)
Today I walked---the path that we used to walk together---early in the morning before it was too hot--He used to find "treasures" a bolt or nut that maybe he would use one day--funny little things he would say--daily talk of what we would do --later. Our goal each walk was to pick up nails and save someone a flat tire--how we would laugh each time--silly fun. Like we were saving the world.
Remember to do those things with your loved one NOW--later may come and one is gone---never having done the things put off until later.
I am like a child wondering how life works now. What I do know is that he is doing well with the peace that is beyond human understanding---that is when I know that I too will be ok---I must go forward into the unknown. It will be ok.
WOW--there were a lot of folks at our yearly campout!! I did not catch a fish--so it goes.
Ate too many carbs fighting that sick tummy thing--
Loved talking/playing with the little ones.
Had nice walks

Well that sore thing from water exercise was over by evening!! That was a great big surprise! Good Stuff. So I went for a little walk--&did my other exercise.
I have been canning and freezing things from my garden--fun-I want to make some Chow-Chow too--I will have to go to the farmers market and buy the stuff if I do. Just fun canning!!! When I had a family I would can a lot of fruit it seemed like the boxes of fruit would never end--but they were so good when winter came!
I am going to the Lake and see if I can catch a fish or 2. Even if nothing bites it beats sitting home eating! My style of fishing is more like a great rest--I throw my line in and then take a bit of walk an look at whats around-or read something light , or just sit and look out at the calm blue water and sky and thank God for this wonder!! If I am lucky that day I will cook some fresh fish .
Wishing you a great blessed day.
What did the fish say when it hit a concrete wall?
Three-fourths of the Earth's surface is water, and one-fourth is land. It is quite clear that the good Lord intended us to spend triple the amount of time fishing as taking care of the lawn
