The after of the wind is all over my yard, little limbs everywhere.
I am happy that I have less trees to clean up after.

Our youth minister conducted the service today and I had a hard time staying awake---his voice is not strong and sounds like a jr. high kid---he is sweet but needs much more experience. I am tempted to avoid the times that he preaches. Maybe I should start hunting for another church because our pastor said he will only be here 3 more years.

I am thinking about attending more than one church---it is funny how people frown on that.

Have a crazy lazy day.

I think attending more than one church can only be a good thing! Twice the worship!

I have heard of people checking out other churches. Sometimes a person has to do this to see where he or she realy senses the Lord leading, especially if God is calling that person to move on.
Look at Abram, he is a perfect example of a person who followed God by faith. God led him every step of the way. Abram did not know where God was taking him, he only knew that God was bringing him to a land that God would show him. It would be here, that God would bless Abram, make Abram's name great and from this man, God would make a great nation, which we know today is called Israel.

May God guide you as you make this important decision.

I don't know why people would frown on your attending more than one church. Is someone afraid that your donation or contribution would be DIMINISHED someway.??? I know there are people that would NEVER step inside a church other than the one THEY 'ALWAYS' GO TO.
I think it is a matter of preference and totally necessary to get a broad view of studies.

The singing 4 arrived

Sunday, March 20, 2011

I feel so fortunate to have a houseful of lively , laughing college students!!!
They are leaving for Orange Co after church. I look forward to hearing them sing.
Their parent would be proud of the children they raised and how much joy they bring to people.
Me, I cant carry a tune and do so appreciate those of you who can ---I love to listen.

Count me feeling blessed!!!! emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

Music is joy and laughter; tears and sorrow to our heart. We are blessed that we have such direct communication with our spirit.

Catfish is the only type of fish I will eat. Grew up on it. I bake mine though instead of having it fried like I did as a kid.

INDEED, YOU ROCK WITH THE "ROCK OF YOUR SALVATION". Even more important than your four lb weight loss is your faith in Christ that He loves you. That will carry you through to victory.
