EXERCISED WED--60 MINUTES PLUSE WALKED FOR 1HOUR
Day 9/100

Today---bike 30--walk 30--yoga 15



Got a grip!! FOR TODAY-
FORWARD --TAKING 20 STEPS FORWARD!!
ONE DAY AT A TIME/SECOND

I AM PHYSICALLY HURTING FROM ALL THIS WEIGHT GAIN AND THE POSITION THAT IT HAS PUT MY BODY IN. HOW SOON I FORGOT THAT WEIGHT GAIN AND EXERCISE IS NOT JUST A GAME WITH ME----I DO HAVE CONTROL OF A CERTAIN AMOUNT OF PAIN---SOME FORM OF EXERCISE IS TOTALLY NECESSARY FOR ME AND SO IS EATING A BAG OF FROZEN VEGGIES EACH DAY--I FEEL BALANCED THEN AND ADDING PARMA CHEESE ( the canned dry kind that has little fat-I don't need more clogged veins) MAKES IT COMPLETE, PROTEIN AND VEGGIES.

I FELL INTO "LETTING TOO MUCH OF YESTERDAY USE UP TOO MUCH OF TODAY."

"..it is like taking poison and expecting it to hurt the perpetrator."

It is important for me to log into Spark People and make contact each day. If I don't that means that I am getting "too busy" to be of any service to myself.

I did exercise today more than 45 minutes emoticon

Yesterday is gone and today is enough!!
1. I am grateful that I have enough love
2. I am grateful that I have shelter
3. I am grateful that I have food
4. I am grateful that I have friends like you
5. I am grateful that I am learning nothing will change the past
6. I am grateful that I am learning not to eat instead of DOING!!
7. I am grateful for the enlightenment that is there for me each day.
8. I am grateful for water
9. I am grateful for my family
10. I am grateful that I breath
11. I am grateful for the ability to make great choices

Commitment of 45 min exercise for 30 days--DERN!!!

I hope to do this with commitment and joyfull feelings--positive--
through lowered feelings--family crisis---all the STUFF!

For if I exercise it will help me have more joy in life--my endorphins kick in after just a few minutes of exercise----no matter what else is going on.

I fell back into the "maybe" the hope that the past could be changed--guess what--it can't be done-------it is what it is.

I have been ripping apart any hope that the old will ever be the NOW!!
Now to continue the fun--yes, fun trip!!!!!
