EXERCISED WED--60 MINUTES PLUSE WALKED FOR 1HOUR
Today---bike 30--walk 30--yoga 15
Got a grip!! FOR TODAY-
FORWARD --TAKING 20 STEPS FORWARD!!
ONE DAY AT A TIME/SECOND
I AM PHYSICALLY HURTING FROM ALL THIS WEIGHT GAIN AND THE POSITION THAT IT HAS PUT MY BODY IN. HOW SOON I FORGOT THAT WEIGHT GAIN AND EXERCISE IS NOT JUST A GAME WITH ME----I DO HAVE CONTROL OF A CERTAIN AMOUNT OF PAIN---SOME FORM OF EXERCISE IS TOTALLY NECESSARY FOR ME AND SO IS EATING A BAG OF FROZEN VEGGIES EACH DAY--I FEEL BALANCED THEN AND ADDING PARMA CHEESE ( the canned dry kind that has little fat-I don't need more clogged veins) MAKES IT COMPLETE, PROTEIN AND VEGGIES.
I FELL INTO "LETTING TOO MUCH OF YESTERDAY USE UP TOO MUCH OF TODAY."
"..it is like taking poison and expecting it to hurt the perpetrator."
It is important for me to log into Spark People and make contact each day. If I don't that means that I am getting "too busy" to be of any service to myself.
