This is
2nd blog for the day::

Acording to a site I use 140 calories per mile at my current weight. That means that if I walk 6 miles a day I will burn up
840 calories, sounds good to me. So, if I do that 5 days a week that would come to 4,200 calories. One pound is 3500 calories. So 4,200 minuse 3500 leaves 700 --that left over pluse throwing in biking and eating well with less calories can put me at a loss of about 4 to 6 pounds a week --maybe 3 out of four weeks.

Breakfast:
1c water, 1c ff milk, 1/4 c. ff yogurt,2 heaping T of a mixture of flax & bran
1 heaping cup of 3 berry mix from Costco. Blended---Makes almost a full blender of smoothie!!!! for about 250 calories

    Love the motivation! Make sure you are not losing the weight too fast. That isn't good for your health either. You didn't put it on over night, so don't injure yourself trying to take it off over night. Slow and steady wins the race.

    Hi Mary,

You might be burning even more calories depending on how fast your walking. I'd time how long it took you to walk a mile and than figure out your speed. The fitness tracker on here has many different walking speeds, it might give you an even more accurate take on how many calories your burning.

I walked a lot yesterday --I am enjoying it all. Our camping trip was fun--I was a bit worried that I would gain weight but at the weigh in today I was down 2 pounds. I felt really good about that.
It is late --or early in the morning so I had better go to sleep.

Walking

The plan for the day is to walk to the train station--ride to Rancho & go to Nimbus for fun with the family.

I gotta be selfish and go my own way in order to get the exercise
This is a new one for me taking care of myself --first.

I planted some growing potatoes--to see if I can get some little fresh ones. I like to watch things grow.

I am excited now that my Blood Pressure has gone from 147/as high as 114 to 136/76. I feel all proud!!!!

My waist is a bit smaller---thats a start--it started out about 53" and I would like to see it go to 40" by September.

I just need to continue watching my intake of life and how I handle it.

I refuse to not believe what I see & is proven to be true.

I am letting myself take a step back and disassociate with what realy doesn't matter anyway.

I am now picking my good times deliberately.

The good times include small things --like good home grown tomatoes & loud music that excites & sooths the mind & body.
Walks bring on the endorphins --soo ya know I want that~~~~

Food Plan for the day:

Breakfast: Berry, bran, flax, ff milk, yogurt
Lunch: Large salad & a little bread or l bite of pizza
Dinner: 6 egg whites--carrots--- more veg
Snack: 3 c Air popped , popcorn
