2nd blog for the day::
Acording to a site I use 140 calories per mile at my current weight. That means that if I walk 6 miles a day I will burn up
840 calories, sounds good to me. So, if I do that 5 days a week that would come to 4,200 calories. One pound is 3500 calories. So 4,200 minuse 3500 leaves 700 --that left over pluse throwing in biking and eating well with less calories can put me at a loss of about 4 to 6 pounds a week --maybe 3 out of four weeks.

1c water, 1c ff milk, 1/4 c. ff yogurt,2 heaping T of a mixture of flax & bran
1 heaping cup of 3 berry mix from Costco. Blended---Makes almost a full blender of smoothie!!!! for about 250 calories
