I get to take my youngest grandson to school this morning--I love to hear his happy chatter--so full of ideas and fun information!! emoticon emoticon

A speaker I heard recently said that when she was on the biggest loser she exercised for 8 hours a day!!!!
So 90 minutes a day is not out of the question--I just need to break it up into smaller amounts so I do not hurt myself.
I am gradually eating better--that is my goal right now----I tend to want to fight myself--liKe I am not worth getting healthy--like I dare not dream of what I really want--I can do this one step at a time---I do believe that I can---
Keep it simple--keep it honest-----and believe in the fact that I can do it---don't worry about the NAYsayer---listen to the Holy SPIRIT THAT LIVES he is here because I am loved and JC said that if I search I will find--ask and it will be given----what I have to do is LISTEN---REACH OUT AND ACCEPT IT-----BELIEVE, BELIEVE, BELIEVE!

    I've watched the biggest looser several times now, its amazing what those people are able to do on that show! I totally agree with your comment that "90 minutes a day is not out of the question" LOL!!!!

"Keep it simple--keep it honest" are also very true words!

    I don't like shows like the Biggest Loser. Not only are they unrealistic they are dangerous. I especially don't like the message it sends by kicking people off because they didn't lose enough weight. The people on those shows are desperate and instead of encouraging them the shows brand them as failures. Funny that they don't tell you about the people who fail to keep the weight off after leaving the show. After many years of fad and yo yo dieting, I am happy to lose a sustainable, healthy and realistic 1-2 pounds a week

    I like watching the biggest loser myself but it is not realistic and they set them up for failure (the cupcake clues last week). Today they won 40 weeks of healthy meals which is so awesome but how will they learn about nutrition if they don't learn to read labels and control their own portions? I watch every week but am thankful to be losing 1-3 lbs a week at home and learning about nutrition and my body along the way.

I can't feel fired up anymore---I keep getting up, I know that I can win---just have to hang in there.
I do know that I need to go out and get the things done that need to be done==always something needs doing.
I am almost through with all my closet things--amazing how things grow in the closet where do they come from?? May be there really is a monster in the closet~ emoticon
I found my favorite ring where I had put it!!!!! Prayer and there it was.

Ok. getting dressed going to town--paying property tax if it is time===to the bank first--bring in garbage can-- have a nice meal in town---walk around capital---rake leaves before rain comes---sweep leaves--mow the back yard. the grass is getting a bit tall in the back in places---

So, almost finished with going through closets and hanging clothes----my favorite ring is missing
Did exercise--eating well so far----on guard

listened to some old music---"LOVE ME LIKE A MAN" happened onto it on you tube and her song "I CAN'T MAKE YOU LOVE ME"
Both great old songs-----oldies and goodies
also the song "LIGHT HOUSE" all touch me deep inside.

Found an old sweat shirt while going through clothes with the hand prints of my kids in their twenties with the hand prints of their kid who now are in their twenties!!! I have a lot more little hands to add to it now--good thing there are sleeves and a back!! What fun to add more.

It is a basic gray shirt that I could wear cross country--I found another that my son had made me and one that he made me right after my masectomey---the name on it is "ONE OF A KIND"
it gave me a great big smile remembering--he has a great sense of humor. They all have.

logging & blogging

OK---so I missed weigh in on Wed--its ok-- back to one day at a time. It is the only way--I do not like logging what I eat--it changes---oh well it works--today is all I have to do!!!

walked--ate well---enjoying the smell of fresh rain----it is only 4:30 and I am in my jammies looking forward to a movie--peace---falling to sleep watching it--haven't done that in a while!!!

I want to get my exercis in first----need to remember water is good and not eat some thing that I will regret---THINK POSITIVE

all the word is a stage and each must play his part!

I am changing my old part for the one where the woman has a fun time and dose not worry all the time about nothing!!!!!!!!!!!!!! checked my feelings today several times and was happy. emoticon
