A speaker I heard recently said that when she was on the biggest loser she exercised for 8 hours a day!!!!
So 90 minutes a day is not out of the question--I just need to break it up into smaller amounts so I do not hurt myself.
I am gradually eating better--that is my goal right now----I tend to want to fight myself--liKe I am not worth getting healthy--like I dare not dream of what I really want--I can do this one step at a time---I do believe that I can---
Keep it simple--keep it honest-----and believe in the fact that I can do it---don't worry about the NAYsayer---listen to the Holy SPIRIT THAT LIVES he is here because I am loved and JC said that if I search I will find--ask and it will be given----what I have to do is LISTEN---REACH OUT AND ACCEPT IT-----BELIEVE, BELIEVE, BELIEVE!
