We had a fun week at the lake. It was sooo nice to have family around the camp fire and on the lake.
My garden almost died from the heat--I am watering it well right now.
I am looking forward to the weigh in on Thursday--

Bought groceries for week trip to the Lake. Looking forward to some walking on the trails and boating. Of course the family makes it fun!! We have packed the camper to the hilt with food & such. I kept in mind my commitment to my community program--so there is much water individual salad pkg--carrot's--canned &fresh salmon--canned tuna--chicken--beef--fresh veg& canned--we will see how it goes. I think it will be just fine.
We are hoping that the fire doest blow a lot of smoke our way--that wouldn't be nice.
What I had today:
breakfast:
my usual smoothie.'
Lunch:
12 oz pork loin
2 pieces of winter wheat bread
1 mickey D ice cream
Dinner:
Big green salad
sugar free orange water drink
ABOUT 1400 CALORIES

WE HAD FUN ---ATE WELL.AT THE RODEO 4TH OF JULY
Today there is a birthday Party.(Ended up with about 12oocal)
Breakfast: Smoothie made with 2c.water-1/4c lf yogurt heaping T flax seed--2 heapingT bran in blender with 1c mixed berries & T Splenda)
Lunch: Birthday party--protein(hot dog)--salad--cake OR chips(Taste of both)
Dinner: Pork Loin(didn't happen)
--veg---(had artichoke harts--cauliflower-2"sq. salmon--1/3 cup imitation crab--few beets--fresh onion ring-2-4c water--decaf coffee
at home had some green squash--1/2 cup egg beaters
Exercise --walk--shot baskets with kids (didn't happen)
(30 minutes bike)

With freedom comes responsibility---What a great day to thank those who gave themselves for the freedom of this country--Thanks DAD--Wayne--Melvin--Uncle Bill--Jim--Thank a VET--thank a guy or gal in uniform----If ya can't bring yourself to say something--some folks are a little shy--GIVE THEM A GREAT BIG SMILE. Remember to thank their families too --who sacraficed the years and together with their mates served our country--holding the family together through many difficult times. Thanks MOM.

My plan for the day IS ONE to read your Blogs they are a pleasure to share with you!!!! Thanks for taking the time to write them.

a parade--looks like it will be by myself.
Walk for a while. Stop & watch parade
Family coming over and we will go to Nimbus for water fun and then to the Rodeo and fireworks this evening.

Breakfast :
Berry smoothie--3berry from Costco--2 heaping T bran--1 heaping T Flax seed--1/2 c ff milk--1c water mixed in blender

Lunch:
Salad---with some protein

Dinner:
Pork Loin---grilled---califlower--corn on cob--sf jello with ff yogurt mixed in and peaches( didn't happen I had a chicken and cabbage & rice bowl at the rodeo)

Snack:
Air poped popcorn with or without 1 T olive oil and parma cheese--and orageno & garlic---(NO SNACKS HAPPENED)
Remember to take sf flavor mix for water at the Rodeo

Weigh in day with weight challenge

HEY,
I lost 3.4 pounds this last week--Good!!!!! emoticonSlow and easy---Sounds easier than it is.
Now to keep it off this week and lose more weight---without binging---I had this today.
Breakfast:
Smoothie--bran-flax-1/2 c ff milk--1c water--1c frozen mixed berries-from Costco
1 T Splenda
Lunch:
large salad--mushrooms, a lot--3 bean salad--broccoli--I had this with 1/12 of small pizza

Dinner:
3 c. home made veg soup
1 can beef total of 200 cal from Costco
Snack---chips---150 cal---pancakes & nuts, 350

~~~~~~~~~Total about 14oo calories

No exercise today.(EXERCISE VIDIO--10MIN)
