HEY,
I lost 3.4 pounds this last week--Good!!!!!
Slow and easy---Sounds easier than it is.
Now to keep it off this week and lose more weight---without binging---I had this today.
Breakfast:
Smoothie--bran-flax-1/2 c ff milk--1c water--1c frozen mixed berries-from Costco
1 T Splenda
Lunch:
large salad--mushrooms, a lot--3 bean salad--broccoli--I had this with 1/12 of small pizza
Dinner:
3 c. home made veg soup
1 can beef total of 200 cal from Costco
Snack---chips---150 cal---pancakes & nuts, 350
~~~~~~~~~Total about 14oo calories
No exercise today.(EXERCISE VIDIO--10MIN)
