So, awake at one am. Why? Guess I'll just let it ride and do a little sparking! More fun that way. I will think positive and feel the love that surrounds me. My mind drifts to fun moments in time--fun times soon to be enjoyed.
Vacation time starts on the seventeenth. Going to the mountains, desert,
(or dessert emoticon) Then back home for grandson's graduation!!! He is one fine kid.
Then Birthday for four on that Sunday.
Now, to plan exercise on vacation--I know that I can exercise in the hotels and should be doing a lot of walking so I should be ok. We all know how that can get screwed up, I will try to get in at least an hour a day.
I am thinking ahead--looking for the fun!!! emoticon

    Seems like you may also have let some fretting into your mind which kept you awake. Faith instead of fret dear. Thinking positive is "feel good" stuff. You will still have those thoughts controlling you that have kept you awake. You have the strength inside you to face them head on and overcome them.

    What mountains can you climb? Which desert can you walk? Does the hotel have a work out room? Swimming pool? Hot tub? Is there a town nearby for 'site seeing'? Oh so many options, I know you will be able to conjur up a lovely rest and a beautiful vacation.
You so deserve it.

You are doing great, keep up the good work.

Oh well, I am dancing happy anyway--I did my exercise ate reasonably--can;t do more than that.

I cleaned the gutters, trimmed trees, mowed the lawn, watered, planted, got in some good exercise in the sun!! A great day.

Wednesday is weigh in day--we will see if the exercise and eating was balanced this week

What is ---IS.

I am looking forward to a normal Sunday. Not too busy--restful. Maybe plant some flower seeds/
Exercise more in the morning, and have a nice lunch--
No need for silly eating--I want to lose that 5 pounds besides I already did the silly eating for this week. emoticon emoticon emoticon
