Another day to play with the Boys. I hope they are up for an early morning walk & want to watch the cattle drive in Folsom.(Picked the wrong day--the bulls show up Wed. @ noon!!!)
I love going to the drive & the Rodeo. Folsom is having a Family Pack for $50 2 adults--2 Kids--4hotdogs-4drinks--some rides--some tickets for Fairytale land ( or some such thing) a better rate than I paid--I paid 90 some dollars just for tickets--gonna see if they will exchange them.
Breakfast: 1/2 berry smoothie
1/2 c. egg whites
Lunch: Tuna & lettuce(added 2 fourty cal bread)

Dinner: Veg Soup---Salmon

Snack: 3T air popcorn---sf Popsicle--side salad

Breakfast: 1c. eggbeaters, 2 skinless chicken legs, water -coffee
Ride bike 60 minutes
Walk away from house for 30 minutes--take time to smell the roses and smile.
Lunch: soup with ff cheese--,
Dinner: salmon--large green salad
Snack: 2T popcorn kernels, 2sides green salad-1/4 of the package of dressing @ Berger King

Go to The Home Depot for Miracle Grow Soil and liquid for the lawn--it need something --new and it is light green.
Weed garden--wish that I could just let them grow without feeling guilty. My hands hurt --so at least pull a few. Don't want a jungle out there!!
Read the paper when I reach Base --stop and take a break in my walk.
Check for stuff for my study/exercise room--It needs organizing--soon I will be through with the outside of the house and then I can do the fun stuff--different furniture, ect.
Ride the bike every time I pass it--I moved it between the living room and the kitchen. Even if it is to ride it for a minute!!!!
Work on posture--I have noticed that I am not walking with shoulders back--I am working on developing my back muscles, so that I can stand straighter without sooo much effort.

I found this site & it is full of good stuff. Explore it --it is great!!!

My Back to basics Plan:

1. Read SP Blogs --such a joy to read!! Blog with Spark people
2. Ride exercise bike 30. (60)
3. Breakfast--1/2 c frozen berries, 1/2 c ff milk bran,
flax seed,coffee
4. Walk away from home! (17 min)
5. Church
6. Home for lunch: 1c. home made veg & beef soup with 1/4c ff cheese & sugar free drinks.(Went out had 3oz beef &cup mixed veggie)
7. ride bike for 10 minutes
8. Dinner--Large lettuce& tomato salad w cucumber-Raspberry dressing. sugar free drink---1c. home made soup add 1c. hot water to thin because it is a bit thick --When I added the pack of frozen squash it was like adding a thickening agent.
9. Ride bike while watching tv or movie
10. Take a long, long bath---soak---enjoy.

Plan ahead

Back to planning ahead:
1. Exercise on bike for 30 min or more

2. Drink 1/2 c. milk 1/2 cup of fruit with berries, bran,flax

3. Walk away from the house

4. Drink water

5. Eat carrots, lettuce, apple, cold single drinks in water

6. Read my book, in fact -- sit in a cool spot and do not move
until I have enjoyed every page!!!!

7. Take a break from food-----I am giving food tooooo much power.

8. Movie @ 2:00 at Crest (DIDN'T MAKE THE MOVIE -READING BOOK)

Out of control ( as if I ever had control!!!) Nothing is safe. I am exercising though.
Saturday is A fresh day and I will find fun things to do and MOVE around for fun not just work.
I will finish the book I have been trying to read--maybe at the river after the morning exercise on bike and a walk.

    Hang in there! We all have our ups and downs. Make sure you don't try to change everything at once. The key is to make small chnges over a period of time. This will allow ou to develope healthy lifestyle changes.
