Back to planning ahead:
1. Exercise on bike for 30 min or more
2. Drink 1/2 c. milk 1/2 cup of fruit with berries, bran,flax
3. Walk away from the house
4. Drink water
5. Eat carrots, lettuce, apple, cold single drinks in water
6. Read my book, in fact -- sit in a cool spot and do not move
until I have enjoyed every page!!!!
7. Take a break from food-----I am giving food tooooo much power.
8. Movie @ 2:00 at Crest (DIDN'T MAKE THE MOVIE -READING BOOK)
