Breakfast: 1c. eggbeaters, 2 skinless chicken legs, water -coffee
Ride bike 60 minutes
Walk away from house for 30 minutes--take time to smell the roses and smile.
Lunch: soup with ff cheese--,
Dinner: salmon--large green salad
Snack: 2T popcorn kernels, 2sides green salad-1/4 of the package of dressing @ Berger King
Go to The Home Depot for Miracle Grow Soil and liquid for the lawn--it need something --new and it is light green.
Weed garden--wish that I could just let them grow without feeling guilty. My hands hurt --so at least pull a few. Don't want a jungle out there!!
Read the paper when I reach Base --stop and take a break in my walk.
Check for stuff for my study/exercise room--It needs organizing--soon I will be through with the outside of the house and then I can do the fun stuff--different furniture, ect.
Ride the bike every time I pass it--I moved it between the living room and the kitchen. Even if it is to ride it for a minute!!!!
Work on posture--I have noticed that I am not walking with shoulders back--I am working on developing my back muscles, so that I can stand straighter without sooo much effort.
