I did it, I did it--I made it through the day even with food everywhere--good old junk food!!
I created me a nice plate with a little meat and a big old green salad. I musta been looking puzzled because a nice young lady suggested that I skip the big old bun and just get a little of the tri tip and make a salad on the side--she was there when I needed it!

I was sitting thinking today--wanting to punish myself by eating. Now, at first it didn't feel that way, I just thought I deserved a lot of junk. On my way to the kitchen I glanced at a magazine on the coffee table. Mistake!!
The cover jumped out at me-- EAT MORE, WEIGH LESS!! Now, that sounded great to me.
Some where in my clouded thinking I pictured a mountain of sausage. Then I recalled that was not the deal.
The eating plan is to eat 5 to 6 small meals a day. BUMMER.
The silly part is that I already knew that, and it works great, when ya work it.
Suddenly my mind cleared and I went to my group exercise.
Prepared 5 small meals for Thursday
Went to my Line dancing class
Went for a walk --all helped clear my mind of using food to feel better. (160minutes total)
I shudder to think where I would be without you all and the blogging that keeps me going.
