Exactly three months before, the college president had published an obsequious open letter to William Tryon, the departing royal governor, that was a classic of unctuous prose and that concluded, "We can only say, that as long as the society shall have any existence and wherever its voice can extend, the name TRYON will be celebrated among the worthiest of its benefactors.

Hey, this was fun, but it would have been a completely different book if I was home and not at the office. Debbie

emoticonexercised, got a call from my grandson in Florida--his wife is back on duty and will be away for about 7 months. They are certainly a great couple.
I pray she stays out of harms way.

I won tickets to see " Lovely bones" this evening at Regal Natomas Stadium Truxel Road. Can't beat FREE and I will be one of the first to see it. I just went to Mark S. Allen's blogg from channel 31 and found how to get them instantly!
He has a lot of things on there.( The movie was very different--not too scary-)

I may only get in 30minutes or less today of exercise--whatever works!!

Tody is working out--watchin videos of weight control on You tube as I exercise--good stuff

Started with exercise and spark--good way to remember that during any pause I can do a bit of exercise. It does add up.
I need to go pick up a few things at the store--I feel like it will take a lot of energy-because I need carrott juice and it is not in all stores that are close to me. It is funny how some days shopping is such a chore.

So, I hope you all are on track or have gotten back on and boarded the train to Spark thinking. Because--TOGETHER WE CAN DO THIS!!! emoticon emoticon

afraid I will fail. So silly---the spark tells us it is ok to fall and dust ourselves off and go again.
Exercise and have fun seems to be the key to weight loss. Also conscious eating.

I have this heavy storage unit to move in the garage--doing it a little at a time.

Going off to the movies at 4.

I will walk the mall at Arden before contiuing on to Crest.

Now, get in half of my exercise!!! Listen and read chaper 5 and 6.
