Nice things happening and a bit of sadness. This happens to a lot of people this time of year, I believe it is because you are a warm, caring, wonderful woman with a heart full of blessings to share with others. Spiritually blessed and loving. You are just perfect the way you are. A mom, grandma, wife, sister, and friend to many. Enjoy the season with all it's feelings of love.

and God Bless You

I'm glad you're doing OK. If the knee if still swollen though I would take it easy.

Oh, my what a shame. Ice, elevation and keep off the knee as much as possible is best. I would check with your doctor, too.

Have a great holiday season.

Hugs, Joan emoticon

I have been in and out of TOPS for years and finally I have discovered that if I want to stay on target I must stay with TOPS. I have been part of four different groups and each one feels that they have the best TOPS group that there is and that means that things are working for them. I love TOPS even more than SP because I can call, see, talk, to members whenever I need to. Our group has had a lot of operations this year and almost each time I go to visit there are more TOPS people there or have been there. We are supporting our members.

Hope you like your group too. The more you do with your group the more you will feel apart of them. We have a Red Hat group composed of TOPS members called the Red Hat Toppers!

Gratitudes, how sweet they are. We should all be more appreciative of what we have instead what we have not. Thank you for posting this Mary.
