floor and weight exercise for 90 minutes, plus walking for 30 minutes- that was Monday. On Tues did 20 minutes floor exercise.
I seem to have the exercise thing down good. Now, how in the world am I going to learn NOT to eat when feeling discombobulated??!!
Is the answer may be to just walk away from home --or where ever I am and just walk it out??? That is all I can come up with-- it could get me out of my head, all the over thinking, Maybe it will work. I will try the walking thing---and shake things up a bit.
Why in the world would I decide that eating will help anyone and THIER problem--Hey, maybe they LIKE it that way.
Maybe because I do have the exercise down it will help solve my eating too much over silly things too?!
