I watched a few of the weight loss before and after on you tube--good stuff

exercised for 60 minutes emoticon emoticon

We are going to the State Capital (on lawn) for the FREE Music at 6:30 there will be the Air Force singers, some other known singers and Aaron Tippin (great country singer) emoticon

    The concert was full of energy!! I Had fun with the old trucking songs, ah, from my young years. We covered a lot of miles listening to that music.
It was a thank you to our troops and their families waiting at home for them. They were made the center of attention and seemed to enjoy the show.
Every day on stage Aaron Tippen puts together a bike for a needy child's Christmas. He donates it to the town he is performing in. Imagine ==singing a song and putting together a bike!!
It was all entertaining and thoughtful.
I exercised a total of 90 minutes today. While waiting for the show to start yesterday I walked the capital and the adjoining mall. I am getting in a little more here and there.
The food I am making a little progress on without going on a diet but on to a better way of thinking. emoticon emoticon emoticon

emoticon floor and weight exercise for 90 minutes, plus walking for 30 minutes- that was Monday. On Tues did 20 minutes floor exercise.

I seem to have the exercise thing down good. Now, how in the world am I going to learn NOT to eat when feeling discombobulated??!!

Is the answer may be to just walk away from home --or where ever I am and just walk it out??? That is all I can come up with-- it could get me out of my head, all the over thinking, Maybe it will work. I will try the walking thing---and shake things up a bit.

Why in the world would I decide that eating will help anyone and THIER problem--Hey, maybe they LIKE it that way.

Maybe because I do have the exercise down it will help solve my eating too much over silly things too?! emoticon emoticon

Hey, I tried golf--love it.

I need to refocus on ME!! I found myself eating over someone else's issue today. I must not continue this. Another Party tomorrow, I need to focus on having a nice time without the extra junk food. I can do that.

So, sad, my new lawn didn't get watered and is not doing well, I missed a couple of days, life goes on. Sigh.

I had a nice long walk early this morning, then a short one around lunch time. I will do the same thing Sunday. I may ride my bike after the get together.

Work out with weights and Treadmill one two hours and keep water handy. Later in the afternoon or evening do the same thing again, or hit the track for five mile or more. The main thing I have to stay focused and make sure I'm eating and drinking water enough. I'm trying to stay around 1200 calories per day..
Now, if MARY can just do that-- the weight would surely come off!! The man has lost at this time 131 pounds. Defiantly an inspiration.

John is definitely an inspiraton to a lot of people. Just look at gosh....hard to believe but it is DO ABLE...
