Week 7 lost 2 pounds

emoticonI lost a bit of weight!! Now. I do feel better about that.
I am glad that I lost the weight but for some reason I am feeling emotionally down. Maybe I just need some hard exercise and a cold one.

Now, I need to reduce the amount of this emoticon and I should see more of this emoticon

There are two graduations and 2 new babies waiting to be born and a wedding at the end of the year. How cool it will be to lose some weight and maybe see the new babies grow up!!!!!!! emoticon
