There are two graduations and 2 new babies waiting to be born and a wedding at the end of the year. How cool it will be to lose some weight and maybe see the new babies grow up!!!!!!! emoticon

missed weigh in

I missed weigh in and ended up at Home Town. I had my plate pieled high when I looked up and saw a gal with fish and veggies on her plate, now did that do anything but make me feel a little guilty--I contiued on and ate too much, all the while not enjoying it.
This reminds me to think of why I am eating.
Gotta go we are helping family move back to their college, 1 & 1/2 more years, emoticon

  Figure out why you were eating like you were. Have you heard of the word HALT. It stands for H am I truly hungry, if not a meal time have a large drink of water, A- angry, if so what about, write it down and get over it, L- am I lonely, if so call someone on the phone, visit a friend or neighbor, T- am I tired, if possible take a cat nap and regroup. I don't really expect to have lost weight. I think that it is good for me to still weigh in. I am exercising every day, I am feeling healthier. The only thing is that my endurance level is not good.

I try to remember that age is only a number, then I fall down LAUGHING!! emoticon

I am off to Kaiser to see what I will weigh. I will hold my breath and I shall not weigh naked in public.

emoticonI am sooo proud of myself. I am tired but I am not in pain!!

New Sister is going to go to her friends home for awhile and then go on to see her many friends in the US. I find that she calls them all sister, something for me to think about.

I am thinking about a wedding in 3 months, that may keep me going this time.
