I walked a bit and mowed the lawn and finished up the paper stacks. That is exercise.
I went to the movies and saw a movie I believe it was called Funny People. it was interesting, It is about a guy facing death and what his life had amounted to, I won't say too much except that it was full of jokes, a bit too over the line on a lot of things. It was showing a life style.

The food is still sneaking up on me and attacking. I may be losing a few battles but I intend to win the war!!! emoticon

yes, on to four week commitment~~ I will stay at it for the week, But with the exercise I am looking to eating better. I must treat it as a serious thing.. without being silly.

I will just say no to my 2 year old needy child, the adult or even the teen age me must show some responsibility, I want this BP to go down and the cholesterol to go down.
I will weigh in on Monday.

I have been going through the boxes and boxes of papers ==I never realized how many things that I have kept. I have almost a garbage can half full of old unessasary paperwork. I did find the certificates that I was afraid were lost. Also a lot of fun pictures turned up, filling my heart with sweet memories.
I still have about five boxes to go.

It stands to reason that everything has to get done soon--doesn't it?

I can only hope!!!!!

Walked for an hour in the cool of the morning. After all the hot weather it was nice.
I finally had a hair cut and took 2 inches off. My head feels lighter now and the hair should stay in place better, I like it. I went back to the hair dresser that cut my hair 5 years ago --we moved away then, I will return every few months because she knows what I like.
I did more walking when I took my car in to be repaired. I went to 2 dealers and they wanted over a thousand to fix it, then a friend of a friend fixed it for only $325 now that is the deal of the day. I had to walk to the train station and then back from the bank,so I could add 20 more minutes to my time. It all adds up

  Got some great walking it. Good for you. Glad you were able to get a better deal for your repairs . Have to put a picture of you with your new haircut! Bet it is cooler too!

One more day down with Exercise!!!
I weigh in Wed morning. and have BP taken.

Well, all my numbers where the same--BP and weight. Maybe next week it will show the numbers down~~~ I can only work on it, oh, well I know I will do well this week too.

Thanks for the encouragement.

I am going to meet some folks for a movie--AND NOT EAT THE POPCORN---I don't have much practice in not eating the stuff.
