    I have to agree with Karen. Extra Vit. C and Zinc...yes, zinc tastes nasty to me, too - and Chicken soup Does help (its not a wives tale) oh yeah,
and staying away from Dairy and sugar helps Lots.

i saw your comment that you are voting for McCain, and I have to say that I am, too. I have always been a Democrat, but not for OBAMA. That man is not at all who he is trying to act like he is. He will be a diaster.

    I swear by the Coldbuster smoothie Jamba Juice serves. I get a small one with an additional immunity boost when I'm feeling poorly. I also pump up the vitamin C and suck on zinc losenges (the zinc is nasty, but it works.) I hope you feel better soon. Chicken soup couldn't hurt, either.

emoticonStill feeling lousy---but better---I had to get out or go stir crazy--I had some toast and orange juice at Denny's. Came home and rested like a bump on a log. Got stir crazy again and picked up a 5 gallon bucket of acorns. My ancestors would have been proud.
