Sorting out the food and feelings

I have let "feelings" direct me to using food in the wrong way!!! I am now heading into the correct direction.

So, I did walk like I should---I ate well -afraid that I ate too much. Then I read some articles where folks had to learn not to reduce their calories too much or else their bodies go into a starvation mode that prevents weight loss. I also read that can also happen if calories and exercise are not balanced---good to know--Next step for me is to keep writing down food & exercise--so that I will see where to cut calories or what ever else I learn to add!!! May take a bit longer to do than I thought--Maybe not as long as I thought ---that is the dilemma--
but with everyone's help I know that I will get there. It is just taking the time to take care of just me and get this body smaller ==== healthier

I wonder if I have gained weight -lost--or stayed the same!!
I look forward to seeing what adjustment may have to be made.
I have seen that there is more salt in some of the frozen shrimp with spices than I ever imagined. A six dollar berger has 72 fats!!! I rarely had them --never thought much about each containing that much fat.
I am simply trying to get enough fruits, veg. & dairy--want to also keep the salt, fat, white flour, red meat and sugar consumption low--keeping it in eating plan.
I also will excercise daily.

Missed the mark on Wednesday so today I made my food and exercise plan.

I will be just fine enjoying the day -- looking for a more comfortable ME in April!!!!

exercising for 5o minutes a day
Plus walking for at least 15 minutes each day--I always feel better when I walk =the endorphins kick in fast!!!
