Friday is a blur---busy-----

Ah, today is my day to go to Mc & just have some coffee & read the paper for a while.

Yesterday---eating normal

Today---
B--smoothie & coffee

L--Salad

snack---cereal

Dinner---veggies & protein maybe a little rice or carb


Well, thats the plan I'll let ya know how it went---but probley not because the computer is in the room some of the family will be in--they are kinda private people --so I may not blog until they are gone around Tuesday.

Another Wed. and I am going to stay on track--I feel good!!
Yesterday I had Pasta & french bread--too much except I will count that day as my whatever day.

I need to remember that it was not planned and I again was trying to keep myself from solving someone elses problem--I don't need to--they don't need me to---God is in control. WHO do i think i am anyway? emoticon

Today's plan

B----egg whites----

L.-------A salad and 14 chips

D--- hot veggie 2 oz lean pork

Nigh Snack----SF popsycle -- 2 harvest granola bars--175 cals

WAIT TO WEIGH UNTIL THE DATE LISTED!!!! Just wait and eat right
it is not about the food it is about MY ATTITUDE---- emoticon

NOW looking for that happy face in the looking glass.
