So what better to do than talk to you all!!
I shouldn't have --but i did--dig up a LITTLE tree it was not happy and the leaves were drooping--sad--
i put it in a pot with miracle grow soil--I feel it is happy now--we will see if it lives--it is a lime tree.
I also picked up acorns a small bucket of them.
I have company coming on Friday and should be getting things ready for them--it looks like they will just have to take it as it is. they will be here for about 12 days--5 adults-- one all days others some days.
eating better---1/2 of me is sore from the fall--the other 1/2 is sore from walking funny & the crutch.
I am lucky that I only chipped an elbow and messed up my foot & ankle--bruising and not all broken up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Going to watch that I eat veggies today & drink a glass of berry smoothie.

I stayed busy today for sure!! The important thing is that I stayed within my points!!!
I was pleasantly surprised.
I didn't get the eight hours sleep- tonight if I get to bed I can get get 8--but that is not including a bit of exercise & reading. I will know tomorrow. I know I will feel better with 7 hours sleep!!!
Tomorrow is another birthday party. Steak & Cake I hear.
I should be able to have a slice of steak--dry salad-and have a bit of cake too. I just have to remember to have egg whites--for breakfast and remember to do WW meal with veggies for lunch.
Dern!!! But Good. I start the plan again--gotta keep trying in order to win this goal----25 pounds !!!!
I WILL weigh in weekly----not daily---not fearfully--I will simply see where I am at the time. I will be my best friend and pat myself on the back and take meself out for a night of laughs to reward myself!!! Not out for a bunch of junk--this will cost meself a chunk of cash ___I am worth it--

B. egg whites thin slice ham---2/40 cal bread---jam---coffee----6 points
L. Large salad of mushrooms--bell peppers--green beans--beets--1/4 c. cottage cheese-- Water to drink -not soda--I am drinking them like an addiction.--4 points
I will also get AT LEAST eight hours of sleep per night--I just can't keep up this 5 hour sleep deal ---I will exercise a bit in the evening to relax --then I will read some on a good book---then prayer till I sleep. I just need to go to bed and not keep fixing things.
