I feel the Spark again---I think I can!!!!!!!!!!!

I am down for the count for awhile===
but I can still exercise 1/2 my body a bit--so I will----

the food is falling into line with the nutritiion.

emoticon so, i fell off the steps putting up the happy birthday banner--IT HURT.
i just have to wait out the healing now--
i didn't eat at the party--i was not there emoticoniam not good at just stting---looking forward to healing. IS GOD TRYING TO GET Me TO STOP long enough to hear an notice something ?

I stayed busy today for sure!! The important thing is that I stayed within my points!!!
I was pleasantly surprised. emoticon

I didn't get the eight hours sleep- tonight if I get to bed I can get get 8--but that is not including a bit of exercise & reading. I will know tomorrow. I know I will feel better with 7 hours sleep!!! emoticon emoticon

Tomorrow is another birthday party. Steak & Cake I hear.
I should be able to have a slice of steak--dry salad-and have a bit of cake too. I just have to remember to have egg whites--for breakfast and remember to do WW meal with veggies for lunch.

    Great job. I can relate to your schedule. I go to bed at 8, read for an hour and go to sleep. I get up around 4 and am at work by 5:30 most mornings.

Congratulation on the weight going down, down, down. That is a testimony to your commitment.

Dern!!! But Good. I start the plan again--gotta keep trying in order to win this goal----25 pounds !!!!

I WILL weigh in weekly----not daily---not fearfully--I will simply see where I am at the time. I will be my best friend and pat myself on the back and take meself out for a night of laughs to reward myself!!! Not out for a bunch of junk--this will cost meself a chunk of cash ___I am worth it--

Daily Plan:24 points

B. egg whites thin slice ham---2/40 cal bread---jam---coffee----6 points

L. Large salad of mushrooms--bell peppers--green beans--beets--1/4 c. cottage cheese-- Water to drink -not soda--I am drinking them like an addiction.--4 points

D. WW meal----6 points----water

TOTAL...................................
15 points


emoticon I will also get AT LEAST eight hours of sleep per night--I just can't keep up this 5 hour sleep deal ---I will exercise a bit in the evening to relax --then I will read some on a good book---then prayer till I sleep. I just need to go to bed and not keep fixing things.
