chopped up some limbs that I had chopped down and I did get them sawed up with the chain saw---now I still have to take them to the dump in the pu.

Eating on the run isn't working well for me!!!!!
When I am tired I eat more because I am not sitting and eating in a quiet place----funny--I didn't know that I ate when I am tired--responsible tired--not running and laughing tired. emoticon That is GOOD STUFF TO LEARN. emoticon

I have added a church class that I think will add a lot to my personal growth. The table leader is someone that I have been trying to understand---she just irritates me---this will help me see where she is coming from, I think that when I understand I will let the irritation go.

    Oh yes, it can be difficult. One of my September goals was to eat only at the dining room table. When I started following that goal, I realized how far off from that my routine was. I am getting better and have only slipped two times so far in September.

I feel good today. I walked 5 miles and had a decent breakfast & lunch.
Blew the rest of the day on calories---let things get to me --didn't say anything, didn't just let it go--ate to stuff it down=didn't work just ate enough to get sick and then thought how silly!!!!!

Old behavior slipped up on me. My fault---no problem--I just have to remember how good I am at just being me---and believe me--to me---thats more than FINE!!!!!

I want to get back on the wagon---But I can't find it!!!!!!!!!!!
I was ambushed by a Hambergular & his chippy friends--behind him rode his sure fire trusty ice cream rearing its sweet head--I think that they also stole my wagon, ' cause I can't seem to locate it!!!!!!!!!!!! emoticon

    Hey, don't be so hard on yourself. If you lose it it's okay. Just make sure you find it quickly. I lost mine this summer and went from 271 all the way up to 290 in a matter of weeks!!! I'm back to 283 now and looking back, I don't think it was worth it.

I'm doing the Beck Diet solution workbook now. It's a cognitive approach to weightloss. It seems to be helping. You might want to take a look at the book or the team. There's a link to the team on my sparkpage.

Just plain tired

emoticonI ran around taking care of stuff todayTUES)--feel like a crazy woman. Ate crazy--not much other exercise emoticon

Back to painting the odd places that I missed--you know it happens.

emoticonBut then it will be done. The next step will be to level the area near the drive way and put in some gravel.

I am looking at the garage and starting to order cabinets and looking at the tools & stuff that need to be put in their own little space--I can't wait until everything is in its own place--I wanna be able to find stuff when I want it.

This exercise/pc room is also on my list--I need to think on what I want to achieve here.

I am also going to do the closets with some built in dresser & other storage. I want to be able to find stuff easy there too.

OK, time to stop all this planning--I am getting ahead of myself.

Breakfast: Hot oatmeal-coffee
Lunch: Veggies-onion-mushrooms-green beans--sugar free drink
Dinner: Chicken broth & veg soup
Snack: big green salad with a peach drizzle raspberry dressing

Exercise: Ride bike 30 min---walk 4 miles--enjoy

Checking out Diet Smash because it is kinda what I do now when I am eating well.
