Soo, I know that I need to at least exercise each day. I forget to count it some days--I need to go back a few days to do just that.
today I only did 15 minutes squats & leg raises(modified) I did several exercises, now that I think about it --it had to be at least 25 because I was watching a show and It was over a bit after I stopped my exercise. Ah, it doesn't mater what matters is that I did exercise. Some times I spend more time trying to get it to the minute & that's just a waste of time. :)
I vow to eat better Friday!!!!!! Back to basics--I feel better and the weight is better when I have a berry smoothie for breakfast and eat my veggies.
I have gotten some nice tomatoes this year--nice tasting--smaller than I usually grow--just right for 2 people. I planted some swiss chard & only one is struggling to grow--I will have to work with this soil for next year--I never had soil here that was ever bad--I am used to planting anything and it would grow without much care. I am spoiled. I have a lot to learn about what to do to make this planting area good. Live & Learn.
