It is when I complicate my life by being too strict and talking down to myself that I get into trouble with food and stop exercising enough. Thinking positive and keeping my eating simple and guilt free is what has worked before and will continue to work--if I work it.
I ask myself what am I getting out of overeating?
Answer: Pain Pleasure area gets a jolt---then the
Carb hang over follows--NOT WORTH IT
AVOIDING facing facts of some kind-- I can then concentrate on my
food problem instead of what is
the issue at hand.
We humans are one long trip!!
It took me many hours to get the wet leaves up. The surprise was under the leaves -- mud all over the bricks ! I had to get the leaves up then work on the mud---best part is it is DONE!!!
I have been working on a wall of pictures--right now they are aranged on the floor--working on it.
This week is the time to work on the baking--not as much as I did in the past--an old lady can only cook so much before she is tired. A little at a time is fun--watching g kids thursday--it would be fun to make some stuff with them. 8 to 17 what are the REAL odds on that.
Was waiting for the sun to come out and decided to go shopping --well the garage door would not open--spent money and time to have the spring and coils replaced.
I did get more frames for the pictures most of them anyway.
Got the garage partially cleaned--a lot done in a short period of time
Sunday I will be able to get to the leaves front and back--the ground is still soaked from the flooding.
When I went out to shop I saw a tree that had fallen down into a garage and into the car that was parked within. That was on Hillsdale past the Arco. Strange to see that I think it was an Oak.
I am waiting for the sun to warm up before I start yard work.
Guess a bit of paper work and hang a few pictures 'till then.
Ate too much soup and feel a bit bloated--too many carbs--not bad soup on a cold morning.
