Started my day with exercise and Joyce Meyer inspiration--she shoots from the hip-no questions on what she means to say!!

Going to Kaiser for official weight number.
Focusing on eating veggies, fruit, variety of protein including beans.

Sunday September 11, 2011 Is my start day
~~~Count down from 100-----Celebration with friends on day 0~~~

1. Exercise and eat healthy meals 2- 3 times a day with 3 to 4 snacks a day --
2. Plenty of water -
3. Remember to have my carrot, tomato, lemon, hot sauce drink at least 3 times a week
4. Remember to eat more kinds of protein than eggs and salmon

Remember the good times

First celebration is to be on October 31, 2011

Starting dance lessons with gal friends tonight

We found a place that gives dance lessons --slow lessons---the lessons will be a walk through for 3 lessons then dance the 4th lesson----I am not ready to dance with a male so that is a good thing that I will be able to avoid that.----It is another way to get exercise, hear music, and share getting through this pain with my new friends that are going through this too.
I am eating too much again and I know that I have problem gained weight--there is a lot of food get-to-gethers and a lot of pain sharing & support. I am realizing that I need to pay attention to what I am putting in my mouth. I know this sounds like a given to most of you.
But I am still walking in a fog--laughing --talking---yet numb inside.

My problem is eating when I am alone at night and trying to avoid the sadness. The filling in the dance lessons should help address that problem.

One great thing is I continue my exercise---eat my fruit and veggies, drink water and I am not isolating.

God wants the best for me---now I need to do the best for me

    It sounds like you are doing just fine. We can't expect to much when we are in so much pain. I remember the early years and I just didn't care. It sounds like you are getting to the place where you are really considering a change for the healthier.

What a beautiful blog. It is so good that you are starting dance lessons. Each activity that you try helps that lonely feeling that you have. It takes time to heal, and I think you are really working hard to be able to laugh and talk.
As you said God wants the best for you, and you are doing your best that you can for you right now.

    Hi Mary,

That sounds like a fun time. Did that years ago with a bunch of friends from my neighborhood. It was was disco was popular. The ladies all signed up together since the hubbies didn't want any part of it. We had a great time.

You're so right about food get-togethers. You have to make a real conscious effort to everything you try and it can be difficult. That fact that your expressing it tells me that you heading on the right track. I know you can do this.

I understand the lonely nights. The busier you can keep yourself, the better it will be for you

I do like the celebration this time of year at OLD SAC---all celebrating our city of old===I so enjoy the performers at the Eagle Theater--always fun!

Then ya know I am going to find a nice BBQ ear of hot Corn----Yummmmm!
