emoticon I lost 2 pounds--never want to see them Again!!
All that walking paid off--rested today maybe bike later this evening. Should rest body.

  First of all I looove that name: GETDONE! I wish I had thought of that one first! emoticon I have been fooling around with this weight-loss dilemma for far too long, and I just should have gotten it DONE. Walked 3.5 miles need to bike or walk another 2.5 miles

Busy morning--walked 3.5 miles--took kids to camp & preschool.
They were busy boys this morning--fun kids.
Stopped by Mickey D's for breakfast---one small burrito&side of salad--it makes 2 giant ones when salad is added---very filling-- small drink & coffee
Lunch (I think that was really lunch because I had a smoothie early this morning)
Dinner:El Polo Loco--1 thigh--1c. salsa--1/2c cold slaw--1/4 c pinto beans
It is only 3:22 and that is all the calories for this day. I had a can of green beans & some turkey salami

I walked 5 more miles in evening

    Wow Mary, it was so neat to meet you last night. Put a face to your page. You looked very familiar too. Yes we do shop in the same areas. I hope you come back to Wed evening. The guys crack me up.
Congrats on the long walk. I can barely muster 1 mile for a whole day. I work in a office making it difficult to get out for long walks, only short 15 min I get in. emoticon

Scale moved

I just had to weigh today because I needed a boost or simply a kick in the behind!! It went down a bit on my scale. I wait until Thursday to record it by the Community Weight Loss scale.
I am going to walk for just a while today --I need exercise every day.
I already had a smoothie and the Thyroid and have been taking care of the yard--checking the weed patch for tomatoes & such.
The soil here is terrible -but it sure can grow the weeds!!
Today's plan:
Walk enjoy the people & the day
-I had grilled chicken,1s. cheese--400+200
2smoothies= 500+200
........1300 calories

Remember to water the new grass seed on the side
of the house again this afternoon
Play with the boys
Buy white paint or gray --didn't get it yet emoticon~~~~~~~~~~MARY

Some body fix me a cuppa coffee!Please?
I tell ya some days we all should be able to have a maid!! Just for an hour until I feel sorta normal. Like the world is really a nice place to live--its all love baby.
Oh,well, back to the real world.

Take me thyroid pill.
Make some coffee--SMILE
Ride bike
drink a smoothie180
Go for 6 mile walk
Stop at Mc Donald's & read Paper
Had chicken leg and 1 c. veggies100
1 small pkg pumpkin seeds90
egg beater 200
Chips 300
Smoothie 200
Go to Kaiser to woman's center for yearly with new Dr.
Visit with family
Purchase new white paint for trim---That 4.5 gallons of green just won't work IT IS REALLY UGLY!!!! It cost me 80 dollars
So, just what do I do with this container of Simi gloss? I wish that I could just paint in grass for the back yard
Well, by the time I have coffee & finish reading your Blog I will feel a lot better.

    Wow...don't we all have days like that??!! I know I do...I start my day exactly the same way...thyroid pill...COFFEE...
I'm impressed with the amount of exercise you get bike and 6 MILE walk...
Sorry about the green paint...that's a downer for sure.
