Missed the mark on Wednesday so today I made my food and exercise plan.

I will be just fine enjoying the day -- looking for a more comfortable ME in April!!!!

exercising for 5o minutes a day
Plus walking for at least 15 minutes each day--I always feel better when I walk =the endorphins kick in fast!!!

Hey, its a great day to continue my weight loss. In 04 I weighed 247--so I am happy to have lost that much and it is still off. I will be down at least 20 pounds by April 1, 2008.
I can imagine not having that big ol' belly now!!! YES--funny--but it is sure more comfortable without it !!!
