I walked but I credited it to yesterday. I still have 30 minutes to do for today. The walk started badly because I keep throwing up phlegm. It got better and half way through.
Feeling good but back is still a little stiff. It seems to get better with exercise. Doing nothing in particular. Having a foot massage, maybe a movie, maybe a museum viewing, maybe shopping. Who knows? Lazy day.
I increased my walking today to about 2 miles. Feel good. I did fall on this walk, but it was on a sidewalk and not the road. No bleeding. I think it's my first fall since starting walking and that's great because I usually fall a lot!
