Feel so good today. Walked and the fresh air did wonders to me.
So many things falling into place in my head. Must exercise or nothing happens. Must eat less so something will happen. Must have support to keep me on track.
Still learning which is a good thing.
Still going strong with my committment. I feel so much more energised and good about myself.
Have bit a bit sluggish tis week especially in exercise and a bit in the food department. Had too much on my plate and icaused my good plans to go askew. Hopefully back on track again.
Yippe I lost another kilo. I am working harder at trying to focus on good eating. Enjoying everything in moderation. But most of all I am trying hard to do the exercise.
