Like everyone else a new beginning from today.
I have been under a great deal of stress with long working hours, irregular meal times,(lack of food preparation time). and having MIL stay with us while she recuperates.
All this strain has seen me eating anything and everything. I know it is the silly season but I think I gave silly a new meaning with my feeding freanzy.
So today back to planning, tomorrow back to the gym and hopefully this rain will go away sometime soon so I can get out and walk again.
I have been reading your inspiring blogs for a fresh start and it has reached me dear friends so thanks for that.
Okay here is what I would like to achieve.
By April a loss of 10 kilos.
To do 30 minutes gym exercise daily (all I can fit in with working full time).
To be more focussed and more positive in what I put in my mouth. (That will be the challenge)
Ok now I have put this out in the open I am accountable.
Dear food angel please knock out of my hands any bad choices I make.
