The stress ors are still here big time but I am now focussing on getting myself back on track with walking and food choices. Have just enjoyed a lovely walk and now it looks like rain. Believe it or not I hope it does rain as I am home to enjoy it today.

Where does one start?
So many stresses have been affecting me of late.
I am learning techniques to lessen them - even though some are here forever. (some of you already know what these stresses are and also share some of them)
Once I master these techniques I can get back on track completely and not partially with my weight loss and life changing journey.
I would never have believed that so much stress could actually pile the weight on but it has.
So here I am acknowlwdging that I let the weight come on board almost with welcoming arms.
A safety barrier but now it is a hinderance and I have to send these excess kilos to back where they came from.
I am ready for the 3 steps forward 1 step backwards but I have already made some small steps in the right direction.
I shall try and be more vocal and more accountable in this attempt to get back on track.

This has been a reasonable week of control in food intake and some exercise. So hard to be motivated with all this rain that has been coming down.
Still I have been flapping my "Duck wing" and managed to get some exercise in.
Counting my steps again and watching what goes into my mouth. (just before I eat it)
All on all pleased with this weeks efforts.

Some stresses in life just cannot be controlled or ever solved. Learning to deal with them is an ongoing uphill battle. Some days I just want to give up yet there is still some small part of me that keeps fighting.
The weight is creeping on as I try to learn new ways of dealing with theses stresses and stressors.
I am just having trouble at the moment as I am in my safety zone and the wall is getting higher to protect my sanity.
Hopefully soon I can get back into my healthy routine.
I am grateful for my faith keeping me on an even keel.
I am grateful for an understanding husband.
I am grateful to my dear mum who has to listen to me all the time regarding the stressor in my life.
I am grateful to my friends here atr sparks whoi are constantly offering good positive words.

    One thing that I have found in dealing with stress(ors) is not to worry about it if you can not change it. Just give it to God. You will be able to find peace and quiet. I am here for you, too. emoticon

Finally holiday time has arrivede. In just a few hours we shall drive off to a new adventure. My biggest fear is overeating and not moving enough. My DH has told me we shall have regular breaks so I can walk 10 minutes up the road while he follows me. He has even decided to leave the majority of his "treats behind so as not to tempt me. He can eat anything and not put on weight.
So I shall let you know as we go along how I go. As long as I can get internet access.
Okay going now.
