Got the all clear todayon a medicaltest so have decided yet again and again to try a new beginning from tomorrow.
Cold mornings are not a good time to start but I am going to try again to get my exercise in.
I have been making excuses and life has been throwing me some real problemsand dramas-not to mention all the menopusal symptoms -
plus being an emotional eater have not been kind to me of late.
I am finally getting a grip on my stressors and learning to cope with them so am going to get myself back into gear.
Long work days and limited time are an issue but I will get around it somehow.
I am putting this down on "paper" so as to be accountable.
Don't be too hard on me if I backslide.
My aim is to try and lose 5 of these hanger on kilos by the end of June.
My aim is to walk 4 times a weekfor at least 30 minutes.
