I have been so good and yet today I had to go and blow it by eating lots of no go foods. (pizza and cake)
I feel so ashamed at my lack of self control. But I am determined tomorrow to work even harder.

Today I am happy because finally all my hard work has kicked .8 of akilo off my butt and out into cyberspace. It gives me the motivation to contiunue.

Day 7 and I did not get the results I thought I would. Exercised all week, ate well all week and instead of losing I put on 1/2 a kilo. So disheartened this morning but I wioll keep going. I will have to look more closely at everything I eat and do.

I peeked at your Nutrition Log, and was wondering if you were eating within your calorie range?

Remember, it is important that you eat to lose, but not eat too much. It may be helpful for you to track all your foods so that people here can help you pinpoint areas that need improvement.

But its a learning process......keep on trucking.....It will all fall in place soon.

I blew it a bit yesterday but not too much. I am back on track today. I must find a way to stop sabotaging myself.
