I wanted to tell you about The Healthier You Challenge BL is starting tomorrow.
Each week we will be focusing on a new area to work on. Week 1 is going to be on Nutrition. The assignment is to chose to work on fiber, calcium, sodium, or all three and write a blog about it at the end of the week. Telling our team what we learned/how we did.. I have decided to track calcium and fiber. Calcium because osteoperosis runs
in the family. Fiber, well I just need to learn to eat the right amount of that to keep my body going! I'm hoping to learn new things, apply it, and help my fellow members as well!
