I am back on the Cats team. I am hoping to be able to lose the weight this time!
I did so well the first challenge. However, I didn't so well this past one. I let myself slide a little on my birthday. I didn't think it would hurt me, boy was I wrong! I let myself slide right to the 170 lb mark. Talk about depressing!!!!!!!
On a brighter note, we are going to visit my aunt and uncle in FL this coming up Sunday. They have computer access, so I can still do my homework/assignments for my Cats team. My mom is also packing the Wii. So we will be taking the Wii Walk it out game. I am determined to Walk It Out and other exercise acitivites this time around....(No more Slipping!)
I am going back to my old list and sticking to it......
I will get up early in the morning and exercise.
(Doing 30 minutes of exercise a day)
I will drink 8 cups of water a day....
I will eat 5 fruits and veggies a day....
I will stick to my Sparks people tracker.
(Will log calories and exercise to tracker)
And will keep up with all my Kitty Friends.
