I'm a little late posting my resolutions for the New Year but I do have some. So here's 3 goals and a plan to acheive them.
3 GOALS FOR 2009
1 - Get back on track from the holidays and get serious losing again
2 - Eat healthier. That means more eating clean for me. More raw, less processed food and organic if possible (as the budget permits)
3 - Step up on exercise. A real challenge for me in the winter.
Don't Look Back! Forget about yesterday, last year, years ago, etc. It is the here and now that matters. The past is done and gone. From this day forward.
Concentrate on portion control - measuring portions again and no eye balling and sneaking up the portion sizes. Watch quantity even of healthy foods.
More organic and whole foods - Less processed, more raw, whole grains, basically clean eating. Follow the Clean Eating program once a month if needed to get back on track and reign in the bad habits that might sneak in.
Consistant exercise - My hardest challenge is to be consistent every day with exercise. Especially in the winter. There are lots of options, I just have to DO IT!
LONG TERM PLAN
To be at my goal weight by the end of 2009 - this will be a reach but I want to set it as a goal to work towards.
Declutter my life! Including myself (all the garbage we carry around in our heads) and the house (lots of that in mine!) and whatever needs it.
Re-evaluate my plan once a month and revise it if needed.
Be Kind To Myself! And don't beat myself up when I stumble.
