Today, I was lost in myself, most of the afternoon, had a lot to think about, a lot to decide, to make things healthier and better choices, for me. Had some difficult moments, for the most
all will be fine again, soon.

Remembering, to look in the mirror, and tell oneself "I love You" is so important
Remembering, to look in the mirror, and seeing one self at a smaller size, LOOK SEE If YOU COULD SEE A DIFFERENCE, IN YOUR SIZE. COMPLEMENT YOURSELF FOR IT, BECAUSE YOU MADE IT HAPPEN. (many people cannot see the improvement, and then it comes back on, so look in that mirror, of window, at the whole you and notice the change, so important)
Remembering, it is really you, you are doing this for, (not for your mates/loved ones, family members) but for you, so you can enjoy being with these people longer, and sharing in their lives, more completely. It is fun to play with your children, not just sit and watch them play.
Remembering, to reward yourself, whenever, you feel you deserve an award, for that accomplishment be it (a certificate you made for yourself, a note you post someplace for you to see, a flower to set in a vase beside your favorite chair, a manicure/pedicure you've been wanting, to have. A hug that you need and no one is there to give it to you, reach your right hand on your left shoulder, reach your left hand on your right shoulder and squeeze and smile, and say yes this feels good, I deserved this hug!)
Everything, we can do, to lift our spirits, push us forward, just a little bit more, gives us that edge to reach that goal! We Can and Will Do It! (Can means we are ABLE To, MAY means we are asking permission to) WE CAN DO THIS, Soar Those Skies Beautiful Butterflies, together we will do this, get 5% off as soon as we possibly can. We will feel so much better.

Good thing I checked, I gave myself credit for writing this blog, thinking I did already, then all of a sudden, this evening as I was getting ready for bed, I reflected, "What was my blog about" and I had to come and check, I didn't do one, I posted all over sparks, throughout the day,anyways, here goes today's blog:
1. Stay focused, complete what I started!
2. Eat, at least 3 meals a day and put on nutritional tracker.
3. Drink water and tea, instead of diet pop, refrain from citric acid, intake as much as possible.
4. Have water, tea, and protein for breakfast, early in morning,following meds & injections.
5. Bag up, clothes that are too large and clothes, I no longer wear to donate.
6. Try to find best method of selling a hospital bed, that works fine, to save for a car.
7. Try and sleep, for 8 hours.
That's all tonight, I'm getting sleepy. Good Night Beautiful Butterflies, tomorrow is another day.

So happy to see everyone posting their exercise and blog and comment post. The excitement, is in the air, the plane is soaring the skies, it's a nice relaxing flight, ride is smooth, so passengers are taking advantage of the exercise room, made available, to the spark people, in the Fall Challenge. There is also a track around the edge of it, so those, not on the machines, can do their walking. I know we all have to stretch, after sitting, so long.
Conversation is flowing, encouragement is being offered, and invitation to join another in the lounge, is heard, throughout, the room. The lounge has various beverages, seltzer water, spring water, juices, beer, wine and liquors and alcoholic beverages, of your choice. There is a 2 limit drink per passenger,on those, but that is fine. They also surprised us, with fresh veggie trays, fruit trays, and even an assortment, of proteins beef, lamb, salmon, nuts, and seeds, also rye, pumpernickel, and manna bread are available, plus an array of hummus and other healthy dips. Enjoy, Exercise, Express Gratitude to Someone and always Remember to Smile and say hello. It might be the only one that person has gotten that day.
I like the tranquil, atmosphere, throughout the plane, the movie that is being enjoyed by some, the board games, set up between passengers. So much room, on this plane. It is like a dream come true. Now, all we need is a place to lay our heads down for awhile, dare we ask the pilot, if a bunk or two or three is available. mmmmm, think not, the energy level is so high, I doubt if anyone will be sleeping, for too long during this flight. Relax, Enjoy, Soar the Skies Beautiful Butterflies! We have a few more days to land this plane.

I want to welcome all the new Butterflies, to the team and I want to welcome previous Butterflies, back to the team.
We are in this together, if one of us have a problem, we all do, because we fly together, so keep your eyes on the discussions, questions, exercise post and weigh in post, and if you see another Butterfly needing a boost or an answer, please be there for them and if you need a boost, don't be afraid to let us know. Set a plan for yourself, Work it to the best of your ability, and Stop by the team page, several times a day and see what is going on. It's a fun place, to be!
My plan for action, for these 8 weeks!
1. Track my food and do my exercise daily!
2. Wake Up with a Smile, and make my bed, as I get out of it, then it is done!
3. Empty my bladder, weigh myself, clean my bathroom, do my bathroom wall push ups.
4. Go to computer, check e-mail, spark, then go to living room, take my Glucose Reading,
take my meds and have breakfast.
I plan on losing 5%, plus I would like to get the extra 6.2 lbs I gained, in the two weeks between challenges off, also. I want to be able to say I lost 10% during the Sizzling Summer Challenge and the Fall Challenge.
I want to say Good Bye to the 3's and hello to the 2's for awhile and then finally hello to the 1's and say, I'm back home again, when I see those 1's, it's been at lease 46 years, so with a positive note:
1's I'm going to reach you, again! I make that promise to my body, I'm going to accomplish this!
