and my Struggles to a Healthier Life?
I won't worry about a slight gain, when I weigh in daily, I will realize weight fluctuates continuously.
I will continue to eat healthy food and beverage choices.
I will continue to not pop soda (pop) Quit: January 14th 2013, that was diet pop, but I will not drink regular pop due to high sugars in it.
I will not drink coffee either I also Quit: January 14th,2013.
If I think about either one, I smile and I say to myself, I'm doing good, feeling good and that is more important! Water especially with ice added, is refreshing.
When I feel alone, or on edge I go someplace where other people gather (corner bar)lol! Enjoy conversation, eat a healthy meal and drink water.

What new habit you wish to develop? Being Content with Myself and my Struggles to a healthier Life
I ask myself, what am I doing?
I'm trying each day to eat healthy.
I get some kind of exercise in, to burn the calories.
I read about what foods do to heal us from the inside out.
I watch shows that provide education, on getting healthier.
I try to put it all together, in a simplified version, to have and to share, at times.
I feel on top of the world often when everything is working as planned.
I change things a bit to make them work better, if not.
I feel, each time I feel success, I feel pride and pride feels good!

**If a slip in judgement, don't wait til Monday to start over, Start over at next meal or next snack or next exercise session.** This works, waiting does not!
Remember to Enjoy Your Life Fully, Do what will make you Happy.
Smile and Greet someone you don't know Daily, it may be that you are the first person, that talked to them that day.

I thought this was important enough to pass on:
2 glasses when water up- this helps to activate internal organs
1 glass 30 minutes before each meal- helps with digestion
1 glass before a bath-helps to lower blood pressure (this was new to me)
1 glass before bed- helps to avoid stroke or heart attack (this was new to me, also)

Even when a child, comes and discloses news, so hard to bare!
I'm her Mom, and she is my first born, and I WILL Be Here, for Her!
I wanted to deaden the pain, of the news!
I wanted to pretend she didn't tell me this, it was a mistake!, but it wasn't
I tried to comfort myself, with food,it did not work!
I tried with alcohol, did not work!
I talked with someone I recently met. It helped a bit.
I need to share with the rest of my family before I can share here, but
an advance warning, I will need help and support to get us all through this!
Be It supreme power, God, Jesus, the Sun Earth Moon and Stars , whatever you believe in, please send good vibes to her for a good outcome, after surgery, to be scheduled early next week. More information to come.
My oldest daughter's name is Jacqueline (Jackie) she is a single mother of a 9 year old daughter, born at 22 weeks and 5 days and survived with special needs in need of Mom's complete attention.
Thank You for advise prayers encouragement.
My daughter has stage one breast cancer in her left breast and will be having it removed soon. Will find out Tuesday when.
A routine mammogram taken, called back in for second one, then had biopsy, then got results.
