This has been a great day!
Ate well, moved good, felt good and communicated with my two oldest grandchildren, for quite awhile. They needed grandma's ear for awhile!
It was fun and informative. Sometimes, life leads one to question things.
Other times, it seems to fall into place. Today, was one of those days, things just seem to fall and place, and get completed.
Were getting close to landing the plane, for challenge one, hopefully by tomorrow evening, that would be great! The team seems very inspired, excited, and ready for everything available, to benefit them.

The time has come, now that the holiday is over, to get serious about the challenge!
We filled our tummies, we filled our hearts, let's burn those calories and land this plane. Soar the skies Beautiful Butterflies!
Blog each day, make many comments, check your meal before starting to eat it and ask yourself? Did I make the right choices? Do I want to make any changes, I still can?
We each need to make this decision, for the rest of our lives. Are we going to change our eating habits, for the best? Are we going to try and live a long productive life?
Were here, so I think we are.

This was a special day, my family was all together. My son cooked the dinner. My daughters, washed the dishes. We all enjoyed time together, took pictures, oh so fast! Anxious to see the results. My daughters live 50 miles apart and did not plan this, but they both arrived in orange, as did one daughter's daughter& the other one, had a top with very thin stripes of orange with larger strips of earth tones. Really looked sharp together. I was in a shade of magenta . lol
Grand kids, took a walk with my son through the woods, and tried crossing a log which was over a ditch. I guess it was hilarious.
My plan is to continue eating healthy and exercise and keep busy!

What a beautiful day, today is Makes me feel, like energy will come to me, and hopefully I will get done what is needed today.
For now I am focusing on the challenge, I will try to
each day! I usually do first thing in the morning.
Sometimes, I break it up in five minutes at a time, if I'm not feeling well!
I am going to try and blog each day so our team can earn 5 pts for each blog and
I am going to try to make comments to ten blogs Butterflies, first then Community.
ing in and posting my weight each week!
Continue to get into smaller sizes Went from 34 to 16/18. I felt so good, when I tried it on and it fit! I'm wearing a new one tomorrow,
We can do this!
Alone it is hard, together, we cheer each other on, hear what is happening in each others lives, and ask and give help!
Closing for today

POWER ENERGY BAR
2 CUPS OF PITTED DATES (CHOPPED)
1 CUP OF HEMP SEEDS
1/2 CUP OF pumpkin SEEDS
1/4 CUP OF GROUND FLAX SEED
1/2 CUP OF SUNFLOWER SEEDS
PLACE DATES INTO FOOD PROCESSOR AND PROCESS, THEN ADD SEEDS, ONE AT A TIME AND CONTINUE TO PROCESS,
2 TABLESPOONS, OF WATER, PROCESS AGAIN.
LINE SQUARE CONTAINER (ANY SHAPE WILL WORK) WITH PLASTIC WRAP
EMPTY CONTENTS, INTO CONTAINER, AND FLATTEN OUT, REFRIGERATE 30 MINUTES, REMOVE, FLIP OUT, AND SLICE INTO 20-25 PIECE.
Or, you may choose to make balls, about 3/4 to 1" in diameter.
These may be wrapped, or contained and refrigerated or you may freeze.
Other dried fruits, may be substituted for the dates (apricots, figs, raisins, prunes cranberries, could also combine several choices according to your preference)
Also, would like to suggest, putting juice of 1/2 lemon in warm water and drinking each morning. It is beneficial, for good digestion, and helps with elimination.
Also, try when eating a snack, to have a bit of protein with what you choose to have
Like apples or celery with peanut butter, or another nut butter, will help to keep the hunger away.
