EFT Emotional Freedom Technique.

I needed to use this yesterday. It did help a little. I needed to do it a few times. I guess I was really emotionally and needed a lot of freedom.

I think the bottom line is your attitude toward life. If you are a positive person, life will be positive.

    I really wanted Penny's easter candy, I did EFT, and I didn't eat it. Feels good to conquer that feeling. I feel stronger doing so.

    I tried this a few times a few years ago (learned about it at mythoughtcoach.com) but couldn't keep it up.
I felt silly doing it- even alone!

    I think you are right about this. It all depends on how you look at things.

Yesterday was really emotional for me, too. I should have exercised EFT. In stead, I took it out on my husband.

Second hypnosis class last night.

Learned a new technique to help with emotional eating.

Any time you eat when you are not hungry is emotional eating. An interesting definition.

    Hi, have just been on the sight and have given it a go. It's really interesting and I'm gonna practice it and use everytime I feel the urge to eat when it's not meal time. If, sorry when that starts to work I shall move on to specific foods that are not good for me, starting with sugar as I suffer from Candida. So thank you for this suggestion and I'll let you know how it goes. emoticon

End of first week

One thing I learned in my self hypnosis class is to exercise everyday. It can be as little as 3 minutes. But get out and do it.

Good hint. I didn't feel like exercising yesterday, so instead of looking forward to a long workout, I just did a short one.

I now feel good about myself. I exercised yesterday.

Helps me to keep on track today.

Class tonight. Cravings....

Day 5

I still feel good about my eating. Still eating carrots instead of many other foods that I would have grabbed a week ago.

Yesterday a friend came by and by the time I had a chance to workout, I was really tired and it was late. I didn't workout, but I have to say there was a strong feeling that I wanted to.

Getting another dose of self hypnosis tomorrow. The weak is gaining strength. I am going to need a boaster to keep the positive up front.

I completed four days since my first self hypnosis session.

Is it self hypnosis or habit?

Eating at the table. Enjoying my food. Smell it. Taste it. Hear it as you chew. Enjoy the sight. Feel it. Use all your senses and enjoy the experience. Knowing my stomach is only the size of my fist.

An easy day as far as eating the right amount of healthy food.
