I still feel good about my eating. Still eating carrots instead of many other foods that I would have grabbed a week ago.
Yesterday a friend came by and by the time I had a chance to workout, I was really tired and it was late. I didn't workout, but I have to say there was a strong feeling that I wanted to.
Getting another dose of self hypnosis tomorrow. The weak is gaining strength. I am going to need a boaster to keep the positive up front.
