One thing I learned in my self hypnosis class is to exercise everyday. It can be as little as 3 minutes. But get out and do it.
Good hint. I didn't feel like exercising yesterday, so instead of looking forward to a long workout, I just did a short one.
I now feel good about myself. I exercised yesterday.
Helps me to keep on track today.
Class tonight. Cravings....
