This was week one of consciously practicing stress reduction techniques.
Well, the stress opportunities just kept on coming. I'm currently caring for my Mom as she undergoes chemo/radiation treatments. This week my Dad found out he too will undergo radiation for brain tumors.
My happy stress is our newest grandson is on the way in a few weeks.
What I accomplished:
I practiced deep breathing exercises and listened to stress reduction CD's while falling asleep.
I managed to get in a little exercise.
Sparked everyday!
What I need to work on first:
My stress eating is out of control at the moment. I don't know where to begin right now as nothing has worked lately.
Work in more exercise.
I need to learn to accept more help when offered.
Remember to take my supplements each day.
Go to bed earlier even if I don't feel sleepy. I need the rest.
