I fell off the horse for a while, but now I am back on track and working towards an attainable goal: down to 120lbs by the end of January.
I think that my biggest issue, personally, is finding enough hours in the day to do everything that I want to. I go running after work so I don't have to sit in traffic, and when I get home, I am busy cleaning and planning things out.
My work day is pretty slow (slow enough for me to be typing this.. hahah) but I feel like I could be doing more with it. I guess that we are just in the slow season in general.. things will pick up around Spring admissions time! But for now, I guess that I should enjoy the lack of activity.
When I get bored, I eat. Especially now that there is a literal TON of leftover halloween candy in my kitchen!! I'm being good, only going into the jar once per day. But it's still tough to have it there, and it doesn't help that my boyfriend can have whatever he wants and eats things like Ice Cream for breakfast!!
I'm going to update here every time that I pass an option to eat unhealthy food. Or when I do more than just my scheduled run and martial arts.
