I have started keeping a water bottle on my desk and filling it instead of grabbing a diet Pepsi. Trying to have one glass of water for each caffeinated drink. I wish I could love the taste of water, but I am at drinking more each day.

I find it a bit hard to keep up with the water when it is cold outside, so in winter I switch to hot water. Well done! This was a hard one for me at first, but three years later I can't stand sodas. And I still like my morning coffee, but it doesn't taste good to me after about 10:30-11 in the morning. Stick with it, and soon your body's cravings will change!! Report Inappropriate Comment |

I'm just not really a thirsty person, but I force myself to get my water in every day and I can really tell if I have not had enough. It's a great habit to work on!
