"for the haters" workout

WOW!!! I just did only half of this workout and I'm wheezing like I do when I start running again.

I love this website, I love zuzanna. Her workouts are only 10-20 minutes long, but boy you wanna die halfway in! That's how I just felt! I had to stop about halfway in (5 minutes, this is a 10 minute workout) because I just felt so dizzy and like I was going to faint or have a seizure. That's how I felt when I had a seizure in high school after pushing myself to get under 15 minutes in our weekly 2K run. My legs felt like jello after about 2 minutes of this too lol

I'm going to try doing zuzanna's workouts at least 3 times a week now. Hopefully in a few weeks I can get through the whole 10 minutes of this one, and then can start working on getting faster and more sets within the 10 minutes. In her video she says she did 40. I think I did around 10, although I lost count after 6 because of the dizziness.

I have made it down to 108 lbs. I no longer need to LOSE weight! Now, I desperately need to TONE!!

I used an online body fat % calculator and here's my stats:
date: Oct. 25, 2011
weight: 108 lbs.
waist: 32 inches
hip: 35 inches
body fat weight: 28.26 lbs.
muscle mass: 79.74 lbs.
body fat percentage: 26.16%

As a little motivator, I bought myself a smaller sized bra today...b/c I've shrunk and don't fill out the bras I have....but I still have some side boobage hanging out the sides of the new ones.

So tomorrow, I start with a new weight training to tone up my whole body. Tomorrow I start with back and abs.

i have this one pair of jeans. last summer, they looked AMAZING on me. they say they're a size 3. i'm working towards fitting back into those pants. i'm just frustrated b/c i didn't think i gained *that much* weight, that now my stomach hangs over the waist by about 2 inches...but ALL my other clothes fit the same (save for a few really tight tops). ALL my other jeans still fit me and i even had to go down one or two notches on my belt. did these pants shrink or something?

A haircut
One day a florist went to a barber for a haircut. After the cut, he asked about his bill, and the barber replied, 'I cannot accept money from you, I'm doing community service this week.' The florist was pleased and left the shop. When the barber went to open his shop the next morning, there was a 'thank you' card and a dozen roses waiting for him at his door.


Later, a cop comes in for a haircut, and when he tries to pay his bill, the barber again replied, 'I cannot accept money from you, I'm doing
> community service this week.' The cop was happy and left the shop. The next morning when the barber went to open up, there were a 'thank you' card and a dozen doughnuts waiting for him at his door.


Then a Member of Parliament came in for a haircut, and when he went to pay his bill, the barber again replied, 'I can not accept money from you. I'm doing community service this week.' The Member of Parliament was very happy and left the shop. The next morning, when the barber went to open up, there were a dozen other Members of Parliament lined up waiting for a free haircut.


And that, my friends, illustrates the fundamental difference between the citizens of our country and the politicians who run it.


BOTH, POLITICIANS AND DIAPERS NEED TO BE CHANGED OFTEN AND FOR THE SAME REASON!

I was working towards getting military fit b/c I wanted to join the CF. But a few weeks ago I found out that it's not very likely that I'll be accepted b/c I have epilepsy.....so I lost motivation. Add to that the snow/ice around here. I was running, but I don't feel very safe running on ice. I can't wait until the snow and ice melts so I can start running again. I think I will *try* to get into the military, but I'm allowing myself more time to prepare (physically, mentally, financially, and with the issues of my illness and meds).

I was watching a "reality series" on the CF website following 4 guys through boot camp and boy! It gave me more of a reality check of what to expect. I need to be in top physical shape....but there was even a girl there that struggled to do 25 pushups after 4 weeks....i don't want to be that girl, I want to be able to do them no problem BEFORE I get in (*if* I get in). And the running, forced marches, obstacle course. I've got a loonnnnnnngggg way to go. haha I can barely do one regular pushup and can run for only a couple minutes.
