I fell down this month, literally, and I then slipped from my habits in Sparks. I was really annoyed I missed logging in (I logged food but forgot to get log in points!) and I just got discouraged with 2-4 pound weight gains from trips that took a week each time to get back off. It's too darn hot to go outside and I'm bored with the treadmill...blah, blah blah.
I want to focus on getting more "high quality" fitness minutes and shoot for the top 5 in Phoenix! Watch out!
I'm enjoying the weight loss I've already achieved but I now have a image in my mind of what I would look like and feel like at my goal weight and I don't want to sit back. I want to take the next steps to get to my goal.
