It's been a tough summer so far, with the heat here I just don't feel like doing much of any workouts. The treadmill is gathering dust and I think of all kinds of excuses not to get up and move. But..."it's only 10 minutes" is my mantra. If I can get off my duff and walk or strength train or stretch or move for just 10 minutes I feel energized and I burn a few calories. It's not much, but it's better than nothing. And sometimes, it stretches into more minutes.
