I've said it before, so most of you already know that I am not a huge fan of eating meat, chicken & fish. Each morning when I see the scale giving me a lower number or the tape measure closing further around any section of my body, I was able to eat another filet of fish or another breast of chicken. No longer.
Last round, I lost consistantly for the first 12 days and then was pretty much stalled for the remainder of the round. This time around I lost every day for the first 10 days. Then I had a 4 day gain/stall. Lost a pound & now I am stalled again.
It took me 2 hours to choke down my fish fillet for lunch and the thought of any more fish or chicken turns my stomach. I just can't eat this much dead animal.
I am not giving up on hcg by any means, I just need to make a change. Something has to give before I break down and kill someone just to eat a mixed salad w/ some beans.
I am going to do an experiment tonight. I am taking 1/3 c of Lightlife Smart Ground (fake ground meat made from soy) as my protein. It has 70 calories, 0 total fat, 6 g of Total Carbs, 3 g of Fiber, less than 1 g of sugar, and 12 g of protein.
I am going to dice up some grape tomatoes, onion, fresh basil & garlic. Throw it in a pan with the smart ground. Sprinkle on a dash of chili powder & cumin. Squeeze 1/2 a lime over it and serve it over Miracle Noodles.
If I have a gain tomorrow, then I will just have an apple day and then go back to eating dead animal, but for tonight I dine!
