I have just moved to a new week in my program and one of the action items is to write a bout a trouble goal. Well - it depends on the week - salt is my biggest food issue and lately on the fitness it has been meeting the steps. (I think it is because I am working on so many reports and forget to get up and move.)
My other is seeing the scale move - but I am not focusing on that becasue - I need to focus on the fitness and food and the other will happen on its own.
With traveling - getting the fitness minutes in is a huge challenge - but I have been doing that. So right now it is the food. For the next week I am going to focus on keeping within my calorie range!
