I have been eating clean for about 10 days now, lost 2.6 pounds the first week! The energy levels and much improved digestive symptoms are well worth the effort this diet takes.
For those that aren't familiar with this diet, it takes alot of prep work. You should have all if not most of your meals planned for the day. It requires you to eat every 2-3 hours. Here is where I run into the problem. My job has me so busy that I don't remember to eat every 2 hours, please some days I can't even take 5 minutes to pee!
I pack my "cooler" every day, and have enough food in there to eat every 2-3 hours but honestly some days it just doesn't happen. I wonder if this is hurting what I'm trying to accomplish with eating clean.
I think I may have to set some kind of an alarm to remind me to (who would have ever thought I would have to do that!)
