Did I stick to proper portions? No, I didn't. I seem to be hitting this 4 times a week, which is better than 0 times a week that was just a few weeks ago, but I still need to do work on it.
Did I do a morning run or yoga? No, my knee and my ankle were both bothering me all day [shooting pains in my knee] so I did nothing but rest them today [which contributed to my eating getting out of control. As nice as it sounds, spending all day on the couch gets boring after a while!]. I hope they're feeling better tomorrow, because I have to bike down to the bank!

Once again forgot last night... I don't know why I've been so tired lately!
Did I stick to proper portions? Yes, I did, and I managed to fall within all my calorie and nutrient goals for the day.
Did I do a morning run or yoga? No, I was so tired that I ended up sleeping well past eleven, when I normally wake up by 8!
Did I stick to proper portions? Yes, I did! Although I still have to enter most of it into the nutrition tracker, so I don't know how I did yet.
Did I do a morning run or yoga? No, my leg's been bothering me the past couple days so I postponed today's run. It's feeling better now, after resting it all night, so I'm hoping to go tomorrow, even if it's just for a couple miles.

Once again forgot to do this last night... I was tired!
Did I stick to proper portions? No, I fell prey to cookies. An entire package of them. I don't know what happened. I think I'm going to enact a no cookie rule in the house from now on. Discovering that the little market on the walk home from the library has all sorts of vegan cookies is dangerous knowledge. I'm better off without.
Did I do a morning run or yoga? Yes, I got my ass out of bed and did yoga before work!
Did I stick to proper portions? Yes, although I once again went about 30 calories over my goal. Not too bad, considering yesterday. But I actually stuck to my allotted portion of onion rings which NEVER happens!
Did I do a morning run or yoga? Yes, I did a 3 mile run before work [and I actually ran the ENTIRE 3 miles!]. Woo!

[Quite late, I know, I was exhausted after yesterday's race and had to go to bed early anyway because of today's race and DST, plus I just completely forgot.]
Did I stick to proper portions? Yes, I did.
Did I do a morning run or yoga in the morning? I ran a 5K, I'm pretty sure that counts.
Did I stick to proper portions? Yes, although I went about 30 calories over my goal. Oops.
Did I do a morning run or yoga? I ran another 5K. And then two more miles on top of that this afternoon. So, yes. Yoga tomorrow morning if my body's not too sore to move.

Did I stick to proper portions? Sadly, nope. I thought maybe I was doing well enough to challenge myself with some ice cream but... oops, suddenly the entire pint was gone. I didn't plan it! I was good about portions for everything else but I still ended up about 300 calories over my goal for the day.
Did I do a morning run or yoga in the morning? No, today was a "rest day" before my races this weekend [although I did end up doing 45 minutes on the treadclimber this evening because I was bored and it was better than eating MORE calories]. Although I should have done some yoga, I just slept in and relaxed instead. I'm going to try to wake up early tomorrow before my race to get some yoga in but, we'll see. It still won't count for today.
So, today wasn't such a good day... but onwards to a better one!
