Been a month since I have blogged and I need to check in and record where I am in this journey. Still feeling great!
I have continued being really good with my food. In fact I've gotten a little more comfortable with portions & what to eat so I am starting to experiment a little :)
Exercise is still going well, I had hit a week or 2 where I didn't seem to be losing, so I've switched up my cardio to be mostly recumbant biking w/ some walking -like 80/20 %. Seem to be getting some good result from this, see how it goes and I may switch back in a few weeks.
I managed to go away for a weekend and see my mom, just made sure to pack the right foods to take with me. She was also wicked supportive and had picked up some stuff already to have at the house, so I stayed with my normal food routines. I've actually gone out with a friend a couple times for ice cream, once I got frozen yogurt, once I got real ice cream-just got a kid cone size. This is a lifestyle change for me, I won't be cutting out 'bad' foods, I just will have them much less often & in smaller portions.
I am just feeling awesome and I love it!! I am *not* stressed out about this, *not* feeling like I am depriving myself, *not* feeling like I HAVE to go do my cardio routine (but that I want to), it...all...feels...GREAT!
